【株式投資今何処#４】待ち。しかも気配が、、、。

「4776サイボウズ（株）」の様子を見て早数週間。
ローソク足の動きとしてはついに買いのタイミング！とか思った矢先、
中間期下方修正のニュース。

うう、せっかくこれからだと思ったのにー(ToT)

しかし、内容はそう悪いことではないので、
しばらく(また)様子を見て、買いのタイミングを待とうと思います。

さて、下方修正理由について私的見解を書いてみます。

１、売上高は予定通りなので、何の問題もなし。

２、経常利益の下方修正：
　　　　株式事務コストの増加、子会社との協業展開の遅れなど、
　　　　原因が明らかで下期の頑張りで十分取り戻せると考えられる
　　　　ので、大きな問題は無し。

３、子会社との協業からくるシナジー効果によって…：
　　　シナジー効果を甘く考えてなければ問題なし。
